Role Overview

We are hiring a Fundraising Officer to grow philanthropic revenue across major gifts, grants, and campaigns. The role combines relationship building with disciplined moves management — turning interest into committed support.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of donors through cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship

- Identify and qualify new prospects through research and networking

- Write grant proposals, case statements, and donor communications

- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and donor events

- Maintain accurate records in the donor CRM

- Partner with program teams on impact stories and reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3+ years in fundraising, development, or major gifts

- Strong written communication, including grant writing

- Hands-on with donor CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce NPSP, Bloomerang)

- Track record of closing gifts and building donor relationships

- Comfort with prospect research and moves management

- CFRE certification is a plus
