Senior Paid Social Specialist - agency

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest.
• Drive profitable campaign performance through testing, analysis and data-led optimisation.
• Lead creative strategy, including testing roadmaps and direct-response ad copy.
• Build strong client relationships, providing strategic insights and performance recommendations.
• Identify growth opportunities through account development and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Experience:

• 3+ years' experience managing paid social campaigns within an agency or similar environment.
• Strong background working with DTC eCommerce brands.
• Proven experience managing monthly ad spend of £30k–£50k+.
• Hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with knowledge of other major paid social platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting tools such as Shopify, Triple Whale, Motion or Agency Analytics.

Salary: £35,000 – £42,000
