Creative Writer

Our client is hiring multiple Creative Writers to help build the narrative behind an award-winning interactive mobile game.

Your work will directly influence how AI-driven characters speak and interact with players across emotionally rich storylines.

If you love dialogue, character arcs, or storytelling in any form, this is a rare opportunity to apply those skills inside a live product.

What you’ll do

• Work inside a game environment powered by AI, and help ensure the characters feel natural, engaging, and emotionally consistent
• Review and improve AI generated dialogue, quests, and character interactions
• Create new storylines, character personalities, and story arcs
• Evaluate tone, humor, and narrative intent
• Help shape how the game’s AI characters think, speak, and respond
• This is creative, judgment-based work

Pay, schedule, and commitment

• $25 per hour
• Pay increases and bonuses available as performance and scope grow
• Weekly pay
• Flexible hours: 20 to 40+ hours per week
• Fully remote and timezone independent
• Long-term project (18+ months)
• This can be a full-time remote role or a consistent side income

You’ll do well in this role if you:

• Enjoy reading, writing, and crafting dialogue
• Have a strong sense of tone, emotion, and nuance
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable following structured guidelines
• Learn new tools and workflows quickly
• You do not need prior AI or annotation experience. Training is provided.

Backgrounds that tend to be a strong fit include:

• Creative writing, copywriting, or content creation
• English, journalism, communications, or media
• Psychology, philosophy, or behavioral science
• Game design or game development
• Analytical or technical backgrounds with strong attention to detail
