Location: Remote (US preferred)

Hours: Part-time (10–20 hrs/week)

Comp: Competitive hourly or monthly retainer + performance bonus

DocDraft.ai is building the future of affordable legal help — combining software + attorney support so people and small businesses can move forward with confidence.

We’re looking for a part-time TikTok creator who can help us produce consistent, high-performing short-form content that makes legal moments feel less intimidating and more actionable.

What you’ll do

• Create & publish 3–5 TikToks per week (and optionally repurpose for Reels/Shorts)
• Help write scripts + hooks that drive retention (“watch time”) and conversions
• Turn legal scenarios into content people instantly relate to:
• eviction / landlord-tenant
• divorce / custody / family law
• small business / LLC / contracts
• wills / estate planning
• “I don’t know what to do next” moments
• Collaborate with our team to iterate fast based on performance (you won’t be guessing)

What we’re looking for

You’re a great fit if you:

• Are comfortable on camera (you don’t need to be an “influencer,” but you can hold attention)
• Have strong instincts for:
• hooks
• storytelling
• pacing
• clarity
• Can make complex topics feel simple and empowering (without sounding like a law firm)
• Understand how to drive growth with:
• content series
• trending formats
• strong CTAs
• Are organized, consistent, and can ship quickly each week

Bonus points

• You’ve made content in “adulting,” personal finance, consumer education, or small business
• You’ve done UGC / creator work for brands before
• You’ve grown an account (even a small one) through consistency + smart formats
• You understand what not to say in legal content (we’ll guide here)
