The Opportunity
We're hiring a Social & Community Marketing Manager to manage Recoup's social channels, engage our growing community, and help build our influencer and ambassador program.
This is a part-time role (10–12 hours per week) reporting directly to the founders. You'll have significant ownership, flexibility, and the opportunity to help shape a fast-growing beverage brand.

What You'll DoSocial Media
- Create, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Write captions, develop content ideas, and maintain a content calendar
- Identify trends and opportunities to increase engagement and reach
Community Management
- Respond to comments and DMs
- Engage with consumers, customers, and brand fans
- Monitor brand mentions and foster authentic conversations
Influencer & Ambassador Programs
- Manage influencer and ambassador relationships through our creator platform
- Recruit and communicate with creators
- Coordinate product seeding, content deliverables, and campaign timelines
- Track content and help grow our advocacy community
Who You Are
- 1+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, community management, or content creation
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, comfortable making content
- Excellent written communication skills
- Comfortable using Canva, CapCut, or similar content tools
- Organized, proactive, and excited to work with a growing startup
- Passionate about wellness, fitness, food & beverage, or sustainability
- Able to work independently
Bonus: Experience with influencer platforms, ambassador programs, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or emerging CPG brands.
