We are looking for a Content Engagement Manager who can drive audience engagement, content performance, and cross-channel communication strategies.
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Platform Manager to oversee the growth, performance, and day-to-day management of creator social media accounts across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for developing platform-specific strategies, increasing audience engagement, optimizing content performance, and ensuring creators achieve their growth and branding goals.
The ideal candidate has experience in social media management, creator economy, audience growth, analytics, and team collaboration in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management
- Manage and oversee creator accounts across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, Facebook, Threads, and other emerging social media channels.
- Develop platform-specific growth strategies tailored to each creator.
- Ensure accounts remain compliant with platform policies and best practices.
- Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends.
Audience Growth & Engagement
- Create and execute strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and audience retention.
- Analyze audience behavior and recommend improvements to maximize organic growth.
- Develop community engagement initiatives to strengthen creator-fan relationships.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, trends, and viral content.
Content Strategy
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, designers, and marketing teams.
- Review content before publishing to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Optimize captions, hashtags, keywords, and posting times.
Performance Analytics
- Monitor key performance metrics across all platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, reach, watch time, and conversions.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to creators and internal teams.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with creators, content teams, moderators, editors, and operations.
- Coordinate campaign launches and promotional initiatives.
- Mentor junior social media specialists when needed.
- Ensure smooth communication between departments.
Brand Management
- Maintain each creator's personal brand identity and online reputation.
- Ensure messaging and visual content remain consistent across all platforms.
- Support long-term brand-building initiatives.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, creator management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X (Twitter), and other social media platforms.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
