Role Summary
As a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, you’ll help build and scale the growth engine behind a rapidly expanding home services platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing new ideas, turning data into action, and owning outcomes across acquisition, lifecycle, and local market expansion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regional teams to drive measurable growth in leads, revenue, and efficiency. The impact of your work will be immediately visible. From launching and scaling new channels to improving local visibility, review velocity, and customer re-engagement, you’ll play a hands-on role in how the company grows across dozens of markets. This role offers broad exposure and high ownership across a full growth stack. Rather than owning a single channel, you’ll work hands-on across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, organic & local, referrals, and offline media. You’ll help launch new
initiatives, scale what’s working, and contribute to building the systems, processes, and playbooks that support growth across dozens of markets.
What you’ll do
• Execute local and national growth strategies across acquisition & lifecycle and test and scale effective channels to unlock long-term growth and profitability
• Build and scale our home services affiliate marketing program, managing third-party affiliates to drive qualified leads, sales, and incremental growth
• Partner with agencies and external vendors to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and identify optimization opportunities
• Own performance and unit economic reporting, tracking funnel metrics (ROAS, CAC) and surfacing insights to inform optimization, prioritization, and budget decisions
• Execute go-to-market plans for local GBP and LSA expansion, supporting new market launches and brand rollouts
• Build and improve internal tools, systems, and processes that unlock growth (e.g. review management workflows to increase 5-star review velocity and reduce 1-star reviews)
• Design, launch, and iterate on lifecycle marketing campaigns (email + SMS) to improve new customer conversion and drive customer re-engagement
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Regional Managers to ensure business growth and profitability across all regions
What you have
• 2 - 4+ years of experience in growth or marketing (bonus if you have experience in startups or management consulting)
• Hands-on experience managing paid search, paid social, and/or affiliate marketing campaigns
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work comfortably in spreadsheets and dashboards, analyze performance data, and translate insights into clear actions
• Demonstrated experience owning funnel metrics and unit economics (ROAS, CAC, CPA, conversion rates), and using data to inform optimization and prioritization
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights, tradeoffs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• High ownership mentality - you’re comfortable operating in environments with limited structure, taking initiative, and building as you go
• Curiosity, speed, and adaptability - you learn quickly, ramp fast on new channels or tools, and are always looking for better ways to drive growth and performance
