Business Development Executive (BDE) – Recruitment, Staffing & Digital Marketing ServicesLocation: Remote (Work From Home)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) based in the UK to drive business growth for our Recruitment Services, Staffing Solutions, and Digital Marketing Services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals within the UK market.

This role is responsible for identifying prospective clients, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting our service offerings to businesses across various industries in the UK.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales

· Identify and acquire new clients across the UK.

· Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and digital channels.

· Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and client meetings.

· Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

· Negotiate commercial terms and close new business opportunities.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Recruitment & Staffing Services

· Promote permanent, contract, temporary, and executive recruitment solutions.

· Understand client hiring requirements and workforce challenges.

· Present tailored staffing and recruitment solutions to prospective clients.

· Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure successful service delivery.

· Build long-term relationships with HR managers, hiring managers, and business owners.

Digital Marketing Services· Promote services including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Website Development.

· Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell digital marketing solutions.

· Work with marketing teams to develop proposals and client strategies.

· Stay updated on UK market trends and digital marketing developments.

Required Experience

· Must be currently residing in the United Kingdom.

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Recruitment, Staffing, and Digital Marketing.

· Proven experience selling one or more of the following:

o  Recruitment Serviceso  Staffing Solutionso  Digital Marketing Services

· Strong network of UK business contacts is highly desirable.

· Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead generation tools.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
