Freelance Digital Marketing – CRM Automation

This role focuses on optimizing and managing email automation and CRM workflows using ActiveCampaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for migrating complex automations to the Deals platform, designing new nurture sequences, and ensuring the CRM environment is organized and efficient. The position also includes ongoing support for business-as-usual resource needs, making it ideal for a detail-oriented freelancer with a strong background in marketing automation and CRM management. Deliverables

• Migrate existing complex automations to the ActiveCampaign Deals platform
• Build and implement new nurture sequences as deals within ActiveCampaign
• Conduct a comprehensive hygiene review of lists, fields, and tags to ensure data integrity and organization
• Provide ongoing support for business-as-usual (BAU) marketing automation tasks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
• Document workflows and provide recommendations for CRM best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience with ActiveCampaign, including automation and CRM setup
• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and nurture sequence development
• Demonstrated ability to migrate and optimize complex automations
• Experience conducting CRM hygiene reviews and maintaining organized data structures
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Availability for ongoing support and consultation as needed
• Familiarity with marketing automation best practices and compliance standards
