Compensation: 150–250/EUR per week (based on performance and tier) + bonuses (up to 500 EUR per every 1 million views)

Probation period: 2 weeks, paid 75 EUR/week

About the UGC Creator Community

We’re looking for social media creators to join our UGC Pure Dating App Creator Community - a group of UGC content creators producing short-form videos (TikTok / Instagram Reels) around themes like dating, confidence, self-love, etc.

As a creator, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with our team, build your personal brand, and get paid to create authentic, engaging content that challenges the way people see dating.

What You’ll Do

• Create and post 7 short-form videos per week (TikTok / Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts, etc)
• Develop content inspired by dating, connection, and self-expression
• Drive people to the app
• Participate in creative briefs, trend challenges, and campaigns
• Receive feedback and coaching to grow your performance
• Collaborate with our team on storytelling ideas and social strategies

What We’re Looking For

• You must be based in Norway and be fluent in Norwegian
• Passion for storytelling, social media, and modern culture
• Familiarity with TikTok trends, Reels formats, and UGC-style videos
• Strong on-camera presence and editing skills
• Consistency and ability to meet weekly content goals
• Open-minded and comfortable creating content about dating and relationships

How to Apply

• Send us your cover letter and tell us a bit about yourself, including why you’d like to work with Pure app.
• You’ll be invited to join a group onboarding call and receive a task to create a test submission video.
• After that, you’ll enter a 2-week trial period, and if successful, you’ll be fully onboarded into the program.
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
