About The Role You’ll lead the day-to-day marketing efforts, focusing on driving engagement, nurturing leads, and helping convert interest into bookings. You’ll manage content across channels, run social campaigns, update the website with SEO-savvy content, and create engaging nurture flows in HubSpot.

• Rolling out and managing content across digital channels – EDMs, social, SEO, website updates
• Owning and actioning the marketing calendar
• Building and optimising nurture journeys and automated flows in HubSpot
• Supporting campaigns from ideation to execution, fast and flawlessly
• Ensuring brand consistency across assets (while maintaining alignment with the broader strategy, the focus will be on delivering high-quality execution.)
• Working closely with internal teams and creative partners to keep delivery tight and on time

About You

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong content and HubSpot skillset
• A proactive, pacey approach – you get things done and done well
• Comfort working remotely and autonomously, while collaborating with a global team
• A love for building campaigns that actually convert (not just look pretty)
• Confidence managing multiple channels and juggling competing priorities
