We're looking for a UGC Coordinator to drive the UGC pipeline behind the brand’s top growth channels: Meta and TikTok. You’ll own the entire creator-driven content lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing to analyzing and optimizing. WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO

It’s a fast-paced, execution-heavy role where content directly fuels growth. You’ll own the UGC pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing and briefing creators to analyzing performance and optimizing what goes live.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the entire UGC production workflow: sourcing creators, briefing, reviewing assets, and organizing for launch
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a network of UGC creators and influencers to ensure consistent output
  • Develop briefs that translate campaign angles into actionable, high-converting UGC content
  • Review and QA assets to ensure they align with brand tone, platform specs, and ad best practices
  • Track and report performance metrics like hook rate, thumbstop %, hit rate, and CPA to inform creative decisions
  • Run fast testing cycles, iterate on winning concepts, and optimize creator output based on results
  • Stay on top of trends across TikTok, Meta, and UGC communities to inform what gets made next

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3–5 years of experience in UGC content, influencer management, or performance marketing in the DTC/eCommerce space.
  • Fluent in the language of performance creatives: You know a scroll-stopping hook when you see one and have worked closely with paid media teams, creative strategists and external creators to produce winning assets.
  • Creative yet analytical: You love brainstorming new ideas and digging into metrics such as CPA and ROAS to see what worked
  • Organized operator: You can juggle multiple projects, timelines, and creator relationships with ease
  • Strong communicator and negotiator: Comfortable briefing creators, giving feedback, and getting what you need to deliver results
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in DTC or skincare, managed budgets, or created TikTok-style content yourself
