What You’ll Do As a Business Strategist, you'll help bring smart, story-driven marketing strategies to life for some of the world’s most recognized brands. Working across teams, you’ll be the strategic thread that connects insights, ideas, and execution—from platform planning to influencer selection to campaign measurement. This is a role for a curious, creative thinker who loves blending the analytical with the aspirational—and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Strategy and Sales teams to develop compelling program narratives and campaign frameworks that solve real client challenges.
• Build smart, detailed proposals—including channel recommendations, influencer mix, budgets, and creative concepts.
• Think big while staying grounded in data—applying performance insights and industry trends to shape your work.
• Champion Acorn Creator Suite’s unique methodology and help translate its value across client opportunities.
• Maintain strong cross-functional partnerships across Client Services, Leadership, and Sales to ensure strategy aligns with client goals.
• Embrace agility—pivoting quickly when needed and staying focused on delivering results.
• Guide and support a Strategy Intern with daily work and ongoing learning.

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital advertising, content strategy, media planning, or related areas.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism—or equivalent professional experience.
• A sharp mind for marketing strategy and a strong grasp of social and digital media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Strong organizational and communication skills—you can juggle priorities and clearly articulate ideas.
• A collaborative spirit and proactive attitude—you speak up, ask questions, and seek out solutions.
• Comfort working in Google Slides, Sheets, and other digital planning tools.
• A natural storyteller who can connect the dots between data, strategy, and creativity.
• Experience in CPG and retail preferred; non-CPG verticals (auto, entertainment, financial services, QSR, etc.) are a plus.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
