YOUR MISSION
To bring email campaigns to life through high-quality, conversion-driven design. You’ll transform strategic briefs into visually compelling assets that engage audiences and drive measurable results—delivering clarity, consistency, and creativity across every visual touchpoint.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO
- Design 5–6 email assets per day using Figma, including headers, modules, CTAs, and full layouts, all aligned with brand guidelines and performance goals
- Collaborate closely with CRM Managers and the Design Lead to ensure every asset supports campaign objectives and communicates clearly
- Translate briefs into clean, conversion-focused visuals that balance brand aesthetics with user-centric layout and hierarchy
- Work within established design systems while offering creative solutions that elevate campaign impact and visual storytelling
- Participate in regular reviews and feedback cycles to iterate quickly and uphold high standards of speed, accuracy, and execution
WHO YOU ARE
- Experience: Proven background in digital design, with a focus on email marketing, eCommerce, or performance-driven creative work
- Skills: Strong visual instincts, attention to detail, and the ability to design for clarity, conversion, and brand consistency
- Mindset: Creative yet pragmatic - able to work fast, take feedback, and adapt quickly in a performance-oriented environment
- Languages: English fluency required; French is a plus
- Tools: Expert-level Figma user with a solid grasp of design systems, layout principles, and responsive design best practices
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- 30 Days: You’ve mastered the tools and processes, are consistently delivering high-quality email assets, and feel confident working within the team’s creative flow
- 60 Days: You’re proactively contributing ideas to improve design performance, iterating quickly based on feedback, and adapting smoothly to campaign needs
- 90 Days: You’ve become a trusted design partner to the CRM team, consistently producing visuals that drive engagement and conversions across multiple brands
