Location: Remote – preferably based in Benelux Travel: Regular EU business trips (roadshows, trade shows, client presentations) About Cavas Ronis Cavas Ronis S.L. is a sparkling wine start-up from Catalonia, Spain, dedicated to crafting high- quality Cava with a modern character. Cavas Ronis provides the marketing and sales of Cava under its own brand – RONÏS – in international markets. We use collaborative model with existing Cava producers in Catalonia. As we scale up exports, we’re looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to drive our entry into key EU markets. Key Responsibilities  Build and develop sales pipelines in Benelux (first priority), UK, Germany (second priority), expanding to EU countries in future stages.  Focus on online wine retailers, specialized wine shops, gourmet supermarkets, HoReCa, and distributors.  Identify, approach, and close deals with B2B clients - distributors, key retail partners.  Develop tailored commercial offers, pricing strategies, and proposals for clients.  Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to optimize go-to-market strategies.  Participate in key European trade fairs (ProWein, London Wine Fair, etc.) representing Cavas Ronis.  Collaborate directly with the founder/owner to shape the brand’s commercial expansion. Ideal Candidate Profile  3+ years of sales experience in wine/alcohol industry — ideally in sparkling wine, premium wine, or spirits.  Established warm contacts in target sales channels (online retailers, distributors, HoReCa, wine boutiques) in priority markets.  Strong negotiation and client acquisition skills.  Fluent in English (working language). Knowledge of Dutch, French, or German is a strong advantage.  Located preferably in Benelux, Germany, UK, or France (other EU locations possible).  Ready to travel for client meetings, tastings, and events across Europe.
