Senior Marketing Manager

Our client, a digital studio, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role will work closely with the leadership team to shape the studio’s brand narrative, enhance market visibility, and support client acquisition and sales growth.

Duties Include:

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy aligned with the studio’s mission and growth objectives.
• Lead strategic discussions and client negotiations, acting as a key relationship builder with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, design, and project teams to ensure alignment and effective messaging.
• Clearly communicate the value and unique selling points of the studio’s services and technologies.
• Integrate marketing and sales initiatives by designing workflows
• Oversee the planning and execution of content marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize marketing performance metrics to improve outcomes.

The preferred candidate will have a experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in digital, tech, or creative industries. As well as understanding of the digital landscape, from web development trends to digital user behaviour. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as be able to interact at all levels of business effectively.
