Affiliate Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a performance-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to lead and scale our affiliate partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential affiliates, optimizing existing relationships, and turning our affiliate channel into a significant growth engine.

You’ll own the strategy, execution, and performance — from publisher recruitment to campaign analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the affiliate marketing program from strategy to execution
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, influencers, and media partners
• Negotiate commission structures and promotional terms to maximize ROI
• Optimize tracking, reporting, and attribution systems (e.g., Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale)
• Collaborate with product, content, and paid teams to align messaging and offers
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reporting on KPIs
• Stay current with affiliate marketing trends, competitor tactics, and compliance policies
• Identify new partnership and co-marketing opportunities across relevant niches

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or partnerships
• Proven success managing affiliate networks and driving measurable results
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and attribution
• Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and strategically
