We're looking for someone who can take full ownership of our systems - especially GoHighLevel, Make and AI integrations - and keep the entire machine running smoothly.

WHO WE'RE HIRING

You've run GoHighLevel from the admin level. You've built and maintained full systems, not just one-off automations. You understand digital marketing eco-systems. You know Make and Zapier beyond basic flows. You're confident working independently and thrive in fast-moving teams.

People with limited GHL, Make or automation and development experience

Anyone who needs step-by-step instructions

People who can’t work to our timeline of 9am-6pm AEDT

Anyone without great wifi and lots of distraction

KEY TASKS

Build automations for booking flows, voice agents, call routing

Build and optimise AI workflows using Vapi + GHL

Audit and clean up messy GHL workflows and sub-accounts

Design dashboards that show real lead flows and remove data duplication

Support marketing operations with landing pages, Meta workflows calendars, phone visibility)

Integrate forms and websites - Gravity Forms, Wordpress

OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU

You will fully own GHL, and Make.com operations without hand-holding

You will proactively identify and fix inefficiencies

You will maintain clear documentation and logic across all builds

You will manage your time and communicate status updates without needing follow-ups

You will be available during core working hours in the Melbourne timezone

You will ask the right questions, but not rely on others to find answers for you

You will focus on scalable solutions, not band-aids

You will have no problem working on time-monitoring software

REQUIRED SKILLS

Advanced GHL experience - sub-account and admin level

Strong Make knowledge - not just basic flows

Solid understanding of data structure, conditional logic and workflow design

Strong English and ability to document clearly

Bonus: Vapi, Google/Meta Ads integrations, Wordpress, Gravity Forms
