Performance Marketing + Social Growth Lead

Golden Bond Jewelry is scaling — and we’re ready to bring on a strategic and results driven contractor who can fully lead our social and performance marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, influencer partnerships, and thrives in a blend of creative and lean execution.

This isn’t an assistant marketing role. It’s a part time creative marketing lead position, ideal for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments and knows how to get things done while staying aligned with brand and business vision. We are looking for an individual who can both lead and collaborate comfortably in their strategy

🧠 What You’ll Own:

• Social Media Management (IG + TikTok): End-to-end — posting, scheduling, captioning, content flow, engagement management. We’ll help with the ideas and creative direction; you’ll present it, run with it and present data and results.
• Paid Ads (Meta + TikTok): Strategy, testing, optimization, and monthly reporting.
• Influencer & Brand Collaborations: You’ll pitch, coordinate, follow up, and build ongoing relationships. This will become a major growth lever.
• Content Coordination: Work with our team (and UGC creators if needed) to build high-performing content. We’ll support production — you help shape and distribute.
• Strategy & Reporting: Monthly updates on performance, wins, and next steps. We want clarity, not clutter - use of our TripleWhale account access

• A rebranded, dual-site ecosystem with an in house developer (Shopify + Events)
• An active creative team: founder-led vision + dev/creative support
• A team open to a fresh approach and room to try things
• A lean but fast-moving, energized team

✅ You’re a Fit If You:

• Have 6+ years in e-commerce or creative performance marketing
• Are comfortable owning timelines, managing buckets, content flow, and influencer outreach
• Can make good decisions independently but enjoy collaborative check-ins
• Know how to scale a brand’s presence and push into new partnerships
• Love the idea of shaping something meaningful, modern, and fun

💰 Contract Budget:

• $3,000/month initial retainer for Q3 — includes social media management, ads strategy + execution, and influencer/collaboration growth (Flexibility for the right fit, based on results)
