About the Role

We’re looking for a Meta Ads expert who’s ready to step up. You’ll step into a portfolio of high-performing ecommerce clients, drive ad performance end-to-end, and — if you’re ready — grow your own team within 6–12 months. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing Meta campaigns end-to-end
• Owning client relationships (WIPs, reviews, performance chats — no middlemen)
• Constantly iterating and optimising for growth and ROAS
• Keeping your skill set razor-sharp — we want masters of their craft
• Collaborating with a talented, fully remote team that moves fast

You’ll Thrive If You Have

• 1.5+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (TikTok & Pinterest a bonus)
• Experience managing $30k+/month ad spend per account
• A passion for ecommerce and performance marketing
• The confidence to speak directly with clients and solve challenges
• An eye for detail, a systems mindset, and strong commercial instincts
• Agency experience (preferred, but not essential)
