SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and strategically minded Territory Manager to oversee sales and customer engagement activities for our client's diverse coronary intervention portfolio!
This role is ideal for a sales leader who thrives in a clinically sophisticated environment, excels at building strong relationships with cardiologists and hospital stakeholders, and can drive sustainable growth across a competitive territory.
RESPONSIBILITIESTerritory Ownership & Sales Execution
- Achieve sales targets, market share growth, and product adoption across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute territory business plans based on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market insights.
- Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, private practices, and integrated health networks.
Clinical & Procedural Support
- Provide in‑depth product expertise and case support during PCI procedures as required.
- Educate interventional cardiologists, fellows, cath lab nurses, and technicians on product features, clinical evidence, and best‑practice use.
- Support product evaluations, trials, and new technology introductions.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all commercial and clinical inquiries within the territory.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging clinical practices.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and territory reports.
- Provide feedback to marketing, R&D, and leadership teams to support product development and strategic planning.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional sales managers, clinical specialists, and marketing teams to execute local and national initiatives.
- Support conferences, workshops, and professional education events.
- Ensure alignment with supply chain and operations to maintain product availability.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2–5 years of successful medical device sales experience, ideally in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular, or cath lab‑related technologies.
- Strong understanding of coronary anatomy, PCI procedures, and cath lab workflows.
- Proven ability to influence clinical stakeholders and drive product adoption.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field (preferred).
