Job Description:
đ Sales Growth & Contract Management:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified leads through targeted research, strategic outreach, and networking.
- Collaborate with the Department Director and Marketing team to design and implement strategies that achieve sales targets.
- Utilize CRM systems to monitor sales activities, manage the pipeline, and report on key performance indicators.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and contract renewals to clients.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are competitive, comprehensive, and aligned with company goals.
- Ensure full compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes or issues that arise.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and market dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance visibility and build relationships.
đ€ Commercial Account Management:
- Oversee account performance in collaboration with internal teams, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their business needs.
- Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for clients.
- Hold regular client meetings to review account status, explore new opportunities, and ensure satisfaction with services.
- Work closely with departments such as Customer Support and Operations to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Provide strategic feedback to Department Directors based on client insights and evolving market demands.
đ What You Bring
- A bachelorâs degree in Business, Science, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong experience in a business development role.
- Proven track record in revenue growth and building sustainable client relationships.
- A results driven approach.
- Relevant industry experience is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive âcan-doâ approach and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
