The client provides digital product companies with a unique approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of piecing together a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, the client acts as a Merchant of Record for their customers, eliminating the complexities of payment fragmentation. This approach is faster, safer, cheaper, and ultimately more effective.
The client is supported by investors and serves over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.
The Role:
We are seeking an ABM Marketing Manager to build and scale account-based programs that generate high-quality pipelines and accelerate deal velocity within the client’s sales-led initiatives. Positioned within the Demand Generation team, this role serves as the vital connection between Sales, Revenue Marketing, and Channel Execution. You will be responsible for strategizing and delivering 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM plays across the highest-value customer segments.
Utilising multiple channels such as paid advertising, email, field marketing, and web, you will execute personalized, data-driven strategies to effectively engage potential accounts. With strong support from Sales and Revenue Marketing, your focus will be on executing go-to-market campaigns with precision and measurable revenue impact, utilizing AI for enhanced scalability, personalization, and continuous testing.
What You'll Do:
- ABM Program Strategy: Develop and manage full-funnel ABM programs targeting top accounts with a combination of 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many tactics.
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with channel owners (paid, email, web, field) to implement coordinated ABM campaigns involving intent-based advertising, outbound acceleration, direct mail, and nurturing.
- Sales Partnership: Serve as the link between marketing and sales, aligning on account lists, messaging, and follow-up plans, while establishing SLAs and feedback loops with BDRs and AEs.
- Personalized Experiences: Create personalized customer journeys, including custom landing pages, email copy, asset tailoring, and in-channel targeting, leveraging AI tools for rapid execution.
- AI-Powered Targeting & Optimization: Use AI platforms to identify in-market accounts, assess intent signals, and address engagement gaps while continually optimizing outreach and creative efforts.
- Campaign Analytics & Reporting: Establish KPIs for engagement, lift, pipeline contribution, and velocity. Work with Marketing Ops and RevOps to monitor ABM performance and attribution.
We'd Love to Hear from You:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or ABM roles, preferably within high-growth SaaS.
- Proven experience managing ABM programs from targeted 1:1 to scaled 1:many.
- Deep understanding of funnel dynamics, outbound orchestration, and integrated campaign design.
- Hands-on experience with technology automation platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), Salesforce, and web personalisation tools.
- Data-informed and performance-driven, with the ability to own pipeline contribution goals and campaign KPIs.
- Bonus: Experience using AI tools for copywriting, targeting optimization, or real-time content personalization.
