Digital Optimisation Manager (Contract, Remote – Australia)Join the team behind Pixie Wing - home of the best-selling Ring Keeper™Pixie Wing is the global DTC home of the Ring Keeper™ necklace. We’re a fast-scaling e-commerce brand currently undergoing a holistic rebrand and ecosystem upgrade ahead of Q4 2025. We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven revenue optimiser to own our CRO roadmap and help join the dots across digital performance channels.What You’ll Be Driving

• CRO ownership across our Shopify Plus store (web + mobile) - lead testing, experimentation, and UX improvements
• Performance strategy to execute prioritised CRO roadmaps from landing pages to checkout
• Cross-channel collaboration with Meta, Google, and Amazon media buyers to close gaps in the funnel
• Revenue insights & experimentation - turn data into tests that lift AOV, CVR, and retention
• Team collaboration across creative, content, and ops to deliver joined-up user experiences
• Digital growth strategy -help shape the direction of Pixie Wing’s revenue engine

You Might Be the One If You:

• Have 4+ years of CRO experience - including testing frameworks, analysis, and implementation
• Know how to interpret performance marketing data and optimise what happens after the click
• Are fluent in Shopify ecosystems and understand key DTC metrics (AOV, LTV, CVR, bounce etc)
• Communicate clearly -whether through dashboards or plain English
• Are commercial, proactive, and hands-on -you don’t wait to be told where the problem is
• Have worked in fast-paced, performance-driven brands, ideally with a design-conscious product
