About the Role

You’ll be responsible for developing, managing, and evolving the social presence and brand aesthetic of a women’s sports lifestyle brand. This is a brand with a sporty, high-end, editorial feel — think classic country club meets modern luxury.

This role is contract to start, with the opportunity to grow into a larger creative/brand leadership position as the publication scales.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the strategy and execution of content across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms
  • Collaborate on and develop a social content calendar aligned with the brand’s voice and seasonal moments
  • Shape and refine the visual aesthetic of the brand (moodboards, styling direction, grid layout, etc.)
  • Write copy for posts that reflect the tone: elegant, smart, and sport-driven
  • Source, curate, and brief content from creators, athletes, and photographers
  • Monitor engagement and iterate on content based on performance
  • Stay deeply in tune with trends in women’s tennis, golf, and lifestyle mediaWhat We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience managing social media for a luxury, lifestyle, or sports brand
  • Strong understanding of tennis and golf culture, especially in the women’s space
  • Aesthetic-driven — you have a sharp eye for clean visuals, styling, and editorial-worthy content
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to craft refined, on-brand messaging
  • Comfortable managing content pipelines, briefs, and scheduling tools
  • Passion for emerging media brands and a desire to build something from the ground up
  • Bonus: You’ve worked with creators or influencers in the luxury or sports niche
