📌 About the roleTo accelerate our growth in France, we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager who will own our acquisition, activation and retention strategy for sustainable products 🇫🇷
You’ll be in charge of designing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns, strengthening our brand in France, and turning interest into long-term, engaged customers. You’ll work closely with product, sales and leadership to make sure our growth is both fast and sustainable.
💼 What you’ll do
- Define and execute the growth & marketing strategy for the French market
- Plan and run multi-channel campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email, social media, content, partnerships, influencers)
- Manage and optimise the full funnel (awareness → acquisition → activation → retention) using data and experimentation
- Build and refine our positioning and messaging around sustainability and product benefits for French audiences
- Collaborate with product and sales to generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline
- Set up and track KPIs & dashboards (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, churn, etc.) and use insights to iterate
- Launch A/B tests and growth experiments to find new scalable growth levers
- Coordinate content creation (landing pages, newsletters, case studies, blog, social media) adapted to the French market
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate spend efficiently across channels
- Represent the brand in events, webinars and partnerships with mission-driven companies

🔎 Who you are
- You’re fluent in French (written & spoken) and comfortable working in English
- 3–5+ years of experience in marketing / growth / digital acquisition, ideally in startup or scale-up environments
- Strong hands-on experience with performance marketing (Meta / Google Ads), CRM, email marketing and/or marketing automation tools
- You’re data-driven: you know how to build and read dashboards, define KPIs and make decisions based on numbers
- You’re creative and know how to craft impactful campaigns and stories that resonate with French consumers
- You care about sustainability, circular economy and eco-friendly products and want your work to have a positive impact
- You have a real startup mindset: autonomous, proactive, test-and-learn, comfortable with fast changes
- Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces or B2C brands is a plus
