We are looking for a Product Leader Above the Neck M/F/X to join our team in Roissy (France), on a permanent contract, full time. It's a remote position with frequent travel in France (3 days per week).

Key Responsibilities For This Role

• Conveys the expertise, product range technical and market knowledge to our Sellers, Distributors and End Users
• Manage the Above the Neck category trajectory towards Budget and share strategic directions with the Sales team in co-ordination with the Country Leader Organizes product trainings to increase the Above the Neck deep knowledge
• Consolidate the market demand to share Forecast with Product Management and manufacturing plants
• Participate to new product developments, or product evolutions, by being the voice of the customer
• Actively drives the New Product launches through the pipe of Opportunities, interactions with customers and Sellers
• Represents the company in professional associations
  
  

Skills Requirements For This Role

• + 5 years of professional experience in Product life cycle/ Marketing Product in an industrial environment (PPE scetor can be a plus for this role);
• Fluent in French, English can be a plus;
• Technical expertise in the PPE Above the Neck field, especially Hearing is a plus;
• Good communication & stakeholders management skills;
• Someone who enjoys share his or her knowledge with others.
