What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage creative intake and assign projects based on priorities and team capacity
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver packaging, labeling, and digital content projects
• Serve as the main point of contact between stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication
• Track timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule and within scope
• Oversee creative workflows and manage external vendors including print, production, and freelance partners

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or agency environment within CPG
• Strong experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience managing packaging, labeling, or CPG-related creative projects
• Experience with digital asset management systems and creative workflows
• Familiarity with AI tools or PMP certification
