This role sits at the intersection of deep technical understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Large Language Models and compelling storytelling. You'll be responsible for translating complex AI technology into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers, technical teams, and industry stakeholders.
As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive messaging, positioning, and content strategy for our AI models and sovereign solutions - working closely with our technical team, leadership, and customers.Â
What You'll DoStrategy & Messaging
- Develop and refine core messaging, positioning, brand attributes, and value propositions
- Create compelling product narratives that differentiate in the AI infrastructure market
- Define and maintain messaging frameworks for different audiences (technical, executive, industry-specific)
- Translate complex AI/ML concepts into accessible, engaging content
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Write high-quality thought leadership pieces, blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies
- Develop technical documentation, API guides, and product explainers that balance depth with clarity
- Create compelling sales enablement materials and presentations
- Craft email campaigns, social media content, and press releases
Product Marketing
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new model releases and product features
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning
- Develop customer segmentation and persona frameworks
- Partner with sales to create effective pitch decks and customer-facing materials
What we're looking ForMust - HavesExceptional Writing & Storytelling Ability
- Portfolio demonstrating outstanding writing across multiple formats (blogs, technical docs, thought leadership, etc.)
- Proven ability to craft compelling narratives that simplify complex topics
- Strong grasp of grammar, tone, and audience-appropriate communication
- Experience writing for B2B/enterprise audiences about technical subjects
Technical Knowledge in AI/ML
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), AI model deployment, and ML infrastructure
- Familiarity with concepts like model fine-tuning, inference, embeddings, and AI safety
- Knowledge of data privacy, security protocols, and sovereign/on-premise deployment considerations
- Ability to engage credibly with technical teams and understand product architecture
Technical knowledge of AI Infrastructure/LLMs and prior experience writing about them is required.
Nice - to - Have
- 3+ years in product marketing, technical writing, or content strategy (preferably in AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS)
- Experience marketing to technical audiences (developers, data scientists, CTOs)
- Background in B2B technology marketing with complex, technical products
- Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer decision-making processes
- Familiarity with privacy regulations (GDPR, data sovereignty requirements)
- Experience with developer communities and technical documentation.
