As part of our expansion into digital asset infrastructure and Web3 technologies, SKT is building operational capabilities around NFT ecosystems, blockchain-based products and digital ownership models.

We are currently seeking an NFT Launch Operations Specialist to coordinate operational processes related to NFT launches and digital asset distribution events.

The Role

The NFT Launch Operations Specialist supports the planning and execution of NFT launch activities across blockchain networks.

The role focuses on ensuring that mint events, allowlist management, and launch operations run smoothly from preparation through post-launch monitoring.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to coordinate operational details surrounding NFT distribution.

This role is not related to NFT trading or speculation.

The focus is on operational coordination and launch execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational preparation for NFT mint launches
• Manage allowlist / whitelist processes and participant tracking
• Monitor mint pages and launch infrastructure prior to launch events
• Track transaction activity and mint participation during launches
• Support communication between internal teams and external NFT platform partners
• Monitor network conditions during mint events (gas activity, transaction flow)
• Maintain documentation for launch processes and operational workflows
• Assist with post-launch reporting and distribution tracking

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Familiarity with NFT ecosystems and mint events
• Experience interacting with NFT platforms or blockchain mint pages
• Understanding of allowlist / whitelist mechanics
• Experience using non-custodial wallets such as MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby or Trust Wallet
• Interest in blockchain technology and digital ownership models
• Strong attention to operational detail

Technical development experience is not required.

CompensationBase Salary: $100,000 – $115,000 USD per year
