Performance Marketing – Paid Social, Creative Strategy & Media Buying (Creative-First)Location: UK / Fully Remote

Salary: £55k–£75k + performance bonus (OTE £100k+)

We’re looking for a high-impact Performance Marketer who can own both creative strategy and paid media execution.

This is not a “campaign manager” role.

This is for someone who can find, scale, and sustain winning ads.

This role leans strongly towards creative strategy and ideation, with media buying as a core execution skill.Huge bonus if you have a dog.What You’ll Be Responsible ForCreative Strategy, Copywriting & Performance Marketing (Primary Focus)

  • Decide what paid social and performance marketing ads we should make next — and why
  • Develop winning hooks, angles, narratives, and conversion-focused copy
  • Write and refine high-performing ad copy, scripts, and creative concepts
  • Build and manage a structured creative testing roadmap
  • Turn campaign performance data into creative and growth insights
  • Identify emerging formats and trends early

Media Buying & Paid Social Execution

  • Launch, manage, and scale campaigns (Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels)
  • Allocate budgets and manage risk
  • Kill losers and scale winners quickly
  • Track performance and diagnose issues early
  • Maintain clean, organised ad accounts

Performance Ownership & Growth Systems

  • Own CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets
  • Build a consistent pipeline of new winners
  • Reduce wasted spend
  • Create repeatable growth systems and documentation

You will not be “supporting” someone else’s strategy.You will be expected to drive both creative direction and paid media performance.What We’re Looking ForThis role is for you if:

  • You have built or led high-performing paid social and performance marketing campaigns
  • You have personally developed ads and copy that beat control campaigns
  • You have managed significant monthly ad spend and scaled winners profitably
  • You understand both customer psychology and platform data
  • You are comfortable working with high autonomy
  • You care about outcomes, not job titles

We are especially interested in candidates who can show:

  • Performance dashboards
  • Creative and copywriting examples
  • Test results and optimisation frameworks
  • Case studies from DTC or ecommerce brands
