The Opportunity

We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Outbound Business Development Representative to join our remote team supporting the UK market.

This is not a “wait for leads” role.

This is for someone who enjoys the chase, knows how to open doors with senior decision-makers, and can confidently pick up the phone to create opportunities from scratch.

You will play a critical role in driving pipeline and directly influencing revenue growth for both XLDigital and our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively hunt for new business through strategic cold calling
  • Generate high-quality conversations and book qualified meetings
  • Engage senior decision-makers with intelligent, value-led outreach
  • Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline
  • Partner closely with sales and marketing to maximise campaign success
  • Bring energy, ideas, and momentum to everything you do

Compensation£30,000 base salary + uncapped commissionOn-target earnings: £45,000
