Pharoll is an innovative startup shaping the future of online advertising. The company leverages web and mobile applications to create unique opportunities for users to generate income. Pharoll connects businesses with untapped segments of the market, driving growth and innovation for its partners. With a focus on empowering users and companies. Pharoll wants to revolutionize the digital advertising landscape.

We are developing a digital platform (web and mobile) focused on new ways of connecting brands and people on the internet. The project is in its early stages, with an MVP under construction and plenty of room to define strategy, positioning, and growth from the ground up. Our goal is to create a simple, agile, and transparent product that allows individuals to participate actively in the digital economy and enables companies to explore alternative traffic distribution channels.

Your Role (In Practice)

To think, test, structure, and decide.

In the first 2 months, we expect you to:

Help us define our focus;

Validate the model within the market;

Clarify the value proposition;

Design the initial tests;

Establish marketing foundations.

Ideal Profile (What We Value)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Speaks Portuguese and resides in Portugal;
  • Has prior experience working with startups, platforms, marketplaces, the creator economy, or affiliates;
  • Thinks in terms of hypotheses, tests, and metrics;
  • Is comfortable with uncertainty and pivoting;
  • Can communicate effectively with both technical teams and corporate clients;
  • Is pragmatic, critical, and direct, without ever losing their sense of curiosity.

Bonus points if you have experience in:

Growth marketing

Product marketing

B2B digital

Two-sided platforms (companies + users)

Collaboration Model:

2-month project.

Remote Work: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (WET)
