Branded Content Creator / Producer

We’re seeking a creative, driven, and baseball-obsessed Branded Content Creator/Producer to help us bring the Perfect Game brand, and partner brands, to life across social media and digital platforms. From ideation to publishing, you’ll own the full production cycle—concepting, shooting, editing, and delivering high-impact video and photo content that connects with our baseball-loving audience.

This is a remote position, but travel is required to attend Perfect Game events throughout the year. Candidates must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.What You’ll Do:

• Concept, shoot, edit, and produce branded content for social media, events, and marketing campaigns
• Create short-form and long-form video content that aligns with Perfect Game’s voice and brand
• Create short-form and long-form video content that aligns with our partners’ voices and brands
• Collaborate closely with merchandise, marketing, events, and social teams to develop engaging storylines
• Work on-site at Perfect Game events across the country (nights and weekends required)
• Stay on top of trends in social and sports content, particularly in youth and amateur baseball
• Handle quick-turn editing and publishing for real-time social coverage

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in content creation/production, ideally within sports or branded media
• Strong background in baseball—you’ve played, coached, covered, or been around the game
• Strong background in branded content – you know how to get across brand messaging and product benefits without compromising on user experience
• A strong portfolio of work across social-first platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Ability to self-produce in fast-paced, on-the-go environments
• Willingness to travel and work nontraditional hours, including nights and weekends
• Must live in the U.S. and be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A positive attitude and collaborative mindset—you’ll be part of a fun, fast-moving team
