My client, a world-leading technology and entertainment company known for its groundbreaking consumer products and award-winning original content, is seeking a Video Cue Sheet Specialist to support their premium streaming platform’s original productions.

This expert will be fully immersed in the cue sheet process and guidelines for high-profile projects. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented, with experience in and a passion for both film and music.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Review, track, and quality-check cue sheets, ensuring submission by deadline
• Review cue sheets to picture for accuracy, providing feedback and final approval
• Suggest process and tool improvements to streamline workflows
• Serve as a subject matter expert on video technology, music integration, and project workflow

✅ Key Qualifications:

• Experience reviewing and approving cue sheets (Soundmouse experience preferred)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to see the big picture
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the video and music industry, with a focus on cue sheet requirements
• Confident in identifying and escalating issues, including presenting to senior management
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive content and information
• Positive, adaptable, and results-oriented with a passion for TV, film, and music

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (Fully Remote)
