Pckgr is a SaaS platform that automates application packaging, deployment, and updates for Microsoft Intune. We help IT admins and MSPs save hundreds of hours by removing the pain of manual app packaging.

We’re growing fast and looking for a part-time Growth & Marketing Specialist to help us scale our customer acquisition with email marketing, online ads, and sales funnels.

What You’ll Do

Run email marketing campaigns to nurture trials and convert sign-ups.

Launch and optimize online ads (LinkedIn, Google, niche IT forums).

Build sales funnels that move prospects from awareness → trial → paid.

A/B test campaigns, landing pages, and sequences to maximize conversions.

Collaborate on content (case studies, blogs, newsletters) to support demand gen.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in B2B SaaS growth/marketing (bonus: IT / MSP market).

✔ Strong skills in email automation, paid ads, and funnel design.

✔ Analytical mindset — can track and improve CAC, CTR, and conversions.

✔ Confident communicator who can simplify technical products for business buyers.

✔ Self-starter, thrives in flexible part-time, remote role.
