About the role
We’re hiring a Senior Brand Manager (Home & Living, Fragrance, Décor) to own and lead one of Pathfinder Brands: AuraHouse.com This is a true general manager role. You are the hub of the wheel for the brand: the person ultimately responsible for its direction, health, and growth.
While Pathfinder provides a centralized Growth team that executes paid media, CRO, lifecycle marketing, and analytics, you are the heart and steward of the brand. You set the vision, steer strategy, coordinate teams, and ensure the brand moves forward cohesively across product, operations, partnerships, and growth.
Job Overview:Own the Brand (P&L + Strategy)
- Own full P&L responsibility
- Set brand-level strategy across product, growth, operations, and partnerships
- Translate high-level goals into clear priorities and execution plans
Brand Leadership & Vision
- Act as the primary steward of the brand’s voice, positioning, and long-term identity
- Ensure consistency across product, creative, marketing, and customer experience
- Identify opportunities to deepen emotional connection and brand loyalty
Product & Expansion Strategy
- Lead ideation and execution of new products, bundles, and line extensions
- Pressure-test product-market fit and prioritize roadmap decisions
- Coordinate with ops, creative, and growth teams to bring products to market successfully
Growth Beyond Paid Social
- Identify and pursue non-traditional growth channels: partnerships, wholesale, PR, and brand-led initiatives
- Source and execute high-impact brand partnerships and collaborations
- Work closely with Pathfinder’s Growth team to align on testing priorities and learnings
E-commerce & Growth Collaboration
- Partner with centralized Growth (paid media, CRO, lifecycle, analytics) to drive efficient ecommerce growth
- Contribute to growth brainstorms and strategic planning
Operations & Cross-Functional Leadership
- Ensure operations, supply chain, CX, and fulfillment are running smoothly
- Identify operational risks early and drive solutions
- Own prioritization and tradeoffs across teams
Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate brand-level resources
- Create clarity, momentum, and accountability across all collaborators
- Be the central point of alignment between Pathfinder and brand execution
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience at a leadership position in a DTC or consumer brand (founder, GM, brand lead, head of growth, head of ops, head of product, or equivalent)
- Strong intuition for brand, product, and customer experience
- Enough fluency in e-commerce growth (paid media, CRO, retention, LTV/CAC) to collaborate effectively with specialists
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners
- Proven ability to identify new growth opportunities beyond traditional performance marketing
- Highly organized, decisive, and comfortable owning outcomes
