Media Buyer

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms;
• Manage budgets and bidding strategies to ensure maximum ROI and campaign efficiency;
• Conduct ongoing A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and placements;
• Collaborate closely with creative and analytics teams to align ad content with performance goals;
• Monitor key performance metrics and adjust campaigns based on data-driven insights;
• Research platform trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform media plans;
• Generate regular reports with actionable recommendations for scaling or improving campaigns.

Essential professional experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital media buying (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.);
• Proven track record of managing and scaling performance marketing campaigns;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data dashboards (e.g. Google Analytics, Ads Manager);
• Solid understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key ad metrics;
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment;
• Experience in the iGaming, eCommerce, or entertainment industry is a plus;
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian is required for this role.
