Paid Marketing & Analytics Specialist

OysterLink is the newest and fastest-growing restaurant & hospitality job site. The site just launched recently and is generating over 300,000 monthly visitors organically.

We are seeking a Paid Marketing Expert with creative thinking, hands-on expertise, and excellent English communication - with proven experience in:

• Managing and optimizing Google Ads and Paid Social campaigns to achieve performance goals
• Creating effective ad copy and visuals tailored for different audiences and platforms
• Setting up conversion tracking, analytics dashboards, and clear reporting processes
• Defining realistic monthly KPIs, tracking results, and producing insightful performance reports

The GOALS for this position is to:

• Drive qualified candidates to the site who sign up and create free profiles
• Generate consistent job postings from hiring managers through paid channels
• Grow our social following and engagement through effective paid campaigns
• Increase re-engagement and return visits through data-driven remarketing & retargeting

Required skills:

• 7+ years of experience growing brands through paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Proven hands-on expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social
• Deep understanding of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, Data Studio, etc.)
• Strong copywriting and creative direction for ads and landing pages
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creation
• Strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing performance-driven campaigns
