Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Ninja Social Media Marketer. The primary focus will be to lead marketing efforts through innovative strategies, specifically by leveraging social media channels, engaging with gaming and crypto communities, and utilizing social media/bots. Responsibilities include driving online presence, increasing sales, building community memberships, and providing brief progress reports every few days. Tangible results are prioritized in this role, with a flexible schedule and equity stake as part of the compensation package.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Communication
• Experience in Digital Marketing and result-driven approaches
• Familiarity with gaming and crypto-related social media channels is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and remotely with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes

Now we need someone to lead our marketing efforts using new and creative approaches, not running useless Google Ads, but rather working with social media groups related to gaming and crypto. Using multiple social media account/bots to drive our online presence. So this job is not for traditional marketers who buy online ads and then do nothing. We need someone proficient in social media/bots and result oriented as we have limited budget. It's a part time flexible work at your own schedule as long as you produce tangible results, increasing sales and community. membership. We would need though a brief report every few days, nothing fancy, just outlining what was done in terms of marketing. In return we offer 20% equity stake (2 years vesting, 6-month cliff) and some crypto bonus from our smart contract, based on amount earned and visible on PolygonScan.
