Role Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Storyteller to join our Owting team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who excels in telling compelling stories through video, writing, and engaging social media content. As a key member of our startup, you'll have the opportunity to shape the voice and narrative of Owting, engaging our community and attracting new users with your innovative content. While this position is currently unpaid, opportunity for equity is available. Upon securing seed funding, we aim to provide competitive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Storytelling Through Multimedia: Create and share engaging stories through videos, blogs, and social media posts that reflect Owting's mission and values.
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to grow our audience, increase engagement, and drive app downloads across various platforms.
• Content Production: Produce a wide range of content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, ensuring brand consistency and message alignment.
• Community Engagement: Interact with our community on social media, fostering a positive environment and encouraging participation in app activities.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Content Creation: Proven track record of creating compelling video and written content, with a portfolio to showcase your work.
• Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of social media platforms and trends, with experience managing social media accounts and campaigns.
• Creative Storytelling: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to capture the audience's imagination and convey the essence of Owting.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with video editing, graphic design software, and content management systems.
• Analytical Skills: Competence in analyzing social media metrics to guide content strategy and improvements.
• Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively in a team, contributing to a shared vision and supporting fellow team members.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
