Our Certified Clinic Network provides patients with professional, effective treatment using our proprietary device. The Role
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. In this key role, you will own conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, paid social and search campaign management, email and SMS flows, and GEO and SEO strategies—driving measurable growth and improving the full patient acquisition funnel.
You will collaborate closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to maximize ROI, increase patient engagement, and enhance the effectiveness of our marketing engine. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a high-growth, consumer-facing healthcare startup.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven and creative marketer with proven expertise in managing (eCommerce and/or Direct-to-consumer) performance campaigns, optimizing for conversions, and scaling digital acquisition efforts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to play a key role in making ear and hearing care more accessible through compelling, results-oriented marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Social & Search Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
- Monitor performance daily and deliver KPI reports with actionable insights to improve campaign results.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend to maximize return on investment across channels.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & A/B Testing
- Lead A/B testing across landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze user behavior data to identify optimization opportunities across the full customer journey.
Email & SMS Marketing
- Develop, manage, and optimize automated email and SMS flows for acquisition, retention, and referral.
- Segment audiences for targeted, personalized messaging to maximize engagement and conversions.
- Track and report on key lifecycle marketing metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, revenue per send).
GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & SEO Strategy
- Develop strategies to improve visibility in AI-powered search results (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).
- Own and execute SEO initiatives, including keyword strategy, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Manage local SEO efforts to ensure accurate and optimized listings across all locations.
Performance Reporting & Insights
- Collaborate with our Director of Analytics and develop dashboards to track marketing KPIs across all channels.
- Analyze data to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks, and present insights to CEO to guide decision-making.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a fast-paced ecommerce/consumer environment.
- Proven success managing paid social and paid search campaigns, with a track record of improving CPA and ROAS.
- Hands-on experience with CRO tools, A/B testing platforms, and developing and managing email/SMS marketing flows.
- Working knowledge of SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies for emerging AI-driven search platforms.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work across marketing, operations, and leadership teams.
