Marketing Associate

What you’ll do:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Analyst to join our growing team and make a direct impact across multiple business functions, including sales, operations, project management, and CRM pipeline optimization. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a fast-growing InsurTech company at the forefront of digital transformation in insurance.

• Sales & Operations Support: Collaborate with sales teams to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Analyze customer acquisition costs, lifetime value, and other critical business metrics.
• Analytics / Data Management: Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-driven decision making. Manage and optimize CRM pipeline processes to enhance lead conversion and customer retention. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales and marketing performance tracking.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media: Execute and analyze social media marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.What we’re looking for:

• Experience: 5-6 years of professional experience in marketing analysis, business analysis, or related field
• Language Skills: Fluent English (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a strong plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with CRM platforms and pipeline management.
• Social Media: Demonstrated interest and experience in social media marketing
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities

• Remote Work: Fully remote position with flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States, LATAM or Europe
