💼 About the Role

We’re hiring an AI-native Growth Marketing Associate to help us move faster across growth, website, and execution.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who is equal parts operator, builder, and problem solver. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and take over core website-related work, from landing pages and content updates to CMS management and on-site optimization- while supporting broader growth initiatives across the business.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, fast, technical enough to ship independently, and excited to use AI as a force multiplier in their day-to-day work.

🔥 Key Responsibilities

• Own the website as a core growth channel
• Build, update, and optimize landing pages and site content
• Manage the CMS and keep the website fast, accurate, and high-conviction
• Execute growth experiments across messaging, conversion, and acquisition
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content production, workflow automation, and execution
• Work directly with the CMO on high-priority projects across growth and operations
• Spot bottlenecks, fix things quickly, and bring structure to ambiguous problems
• Help turn ideas into shipped work- fast

😊 About You

• Ideally, you have experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a founder’s associate / chief of staff-type role
• You’re AI fluent and already use AI tools in a practical, high-output way
• You’ve built or significantly worked on a website before
• You’re comfortable with HTML/CSS and can make changes without hand-holding
• You know your way around a CMS and can publish, edit, and maintain pages with confidence
• You have strong execution skills and a bias toward action
• You’re highly organized, highly detail-oriented, and can manage multiple moving pieces
• You’re excited by early-stage environments where ownership is high and structure is evolving
• Familiarity with AEO, SEO, analytics, CRO, or A/B testing is a plus
• Fluency in English
• Strong writing and content instincts are a plus
• Comfort working cross-functionally with design, product, and external partners is preferred
