The Opportunity:
Jono Fisher Pty Ltd is entering a new chapter, built around three connected parts of the business:
- Grounded Leadership — a new premium leadership offering for organisations
- Midlife Wisdom School — a global membership community with strong foundations and room to grow
- The Jono Fisher Podcast — a growing platform of intimate, meaningful conversations
We’re looking for a commercially minded, entrepreneurial General Manager to help shape this next phase.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn a strong foundation into a focused, profitable and high-quality business. You’ll help shape the go-to-market strategy for Grounded Leadership, build relationships with organisations and partners, support the growth of Midlife Wisdom School and help ensure the business runs simply and well.
You’ll need to be comfortable moving between strategy, sales, partnerships and execution.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the development and go-to-market execution of Grounded Leadership
- Running the business across growth, operations and commercial performance
- Working closely with the Founder, Investor and Digital Marketing Lead to shape and execute strategy
- Building strategic relationships with organisations, partners and prospective clients
- Driving new business and selling premium leadership programs into organisations
- Overseeing delivery quality and helping build a small, high-quality team
- Supporting the continued growth of Midlife Wisdom School and the podcast as part of a broader business ecosystem
You may be a fit if you:
- Have built, scaled or led a business, division, offer or program
- Are comfortable owning commercial outcomes
- Have experience closing high-value B2B deals and developing trusted client relationships
- Can move between big-picture thinking and practical execution
- Have strong commercial instinct and know how to simplify complexity
- Care about leadership, human development and meaningful work
Highly regarded:
- Experience in leadership development, coaching, learning design or organisational partnerships
- Experience working in founder-led, boutique or entrepreneurial businesses
- Existing relationships in the corporate, leadership development or people and culture space
- Degree or postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA
Location & Role Type:
- Full-time role
- Australian-based preferred

We are looking for the right long-term partner to help build this business. The package will include a competitive salary, performance-based bonus and equity participation.
