Orena Fragrances is looking for an experienced Head of Influencer and Affiliate Marketing to fully own and scale our influencer marketing program.

This role will be responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms, with the goal of turning influencer marketing into a major revenue driver for the brand.

This role requires someone who is deeply tapped into social media culture and the creator ecosystem, understands how to identify high-performing creators, and knows how to turn creator partnerships into measurable growth.

The person in this role will own the influencer and affiliate program end-to-end.

Our Approach to Influencer Marketing

We believe influencer marketing today is less about one-off paid posts and more about long-term creator relationships.

Instead of transactional partnerships, we focus on building genuine relationships with creators so our products naturally become part of their routines and content.

We’re looking for someone who understands how the creator economy has evolved and knows how to foster ongoing relationships through thoughtful communication, consistent gifting, and strategic collaborations.

The goal is to build a network of creators who genuinely love the brand and regularly feature our products across their content, not just post once and move on.

The right person for this role should stay highly up to date with shifts in the influencer landscape and continuously adapt our strategy to keep Orena relevant and consistently talked about online.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source creators to collaborate with across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms

• Manage product seeding and gifting campaigns at scale

• Identify and recruit creators for paid collaborations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators

• Negotiate rates, deliverables, and partnership terms for paid collaborations

• Develop influencer marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and brand initiatives

• Recruit and manage affiliate partners and creator ambassadors

• Identify and recruit UGC creators for paid content production

• Manage PR gifting initiatives and creator outreach

• Maintain organized systems for creator communication, outreach, and gifting

• Stay highly up to date on social media trends and creator marketing strategies

• Track and analyze creator performance to identify partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and scale those relationships

• Own influencer marketing as a revenue channel and continuously optimize partnerships based on performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing

• Experience working with DTC beauty, fragrance, or skincare brands strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems

• Proven experience negotiating influencer partnerships and managing campaigns

• Experience running product seeding and gifting programs at scale

• Experience recruiting and managing UGC creators and Influencers

• Strong organizational and relationship management skills

• Ability to independently own and grow an influencer marketing program

• Strong understanding of the current creator economy, including long-term creator partnerships, brand affinity building, and organic brand integration into creator routines
