The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proven performance marketer/growth hacker to lead LifeDNA’s multi-channel marketing strategy. This role is for someone who is most at home inside Ads Manager optimizing bids at midnight, tweaking copy, deploying tactics in Amazon Seller Central, and personally engineering experiments that move the needle for CAC, AOV, and LTV.
As Head of Growth, you will own our entire revenue growth engine: from first impression through to repeat purchase and long-term retention. You’ll have accountability for revenue, CAC, and LTV targets, and you’ll achieve them by being relentlessly hands-on across paid media, paid search, Native, and Amazon. If your instinct when a campaign underperforms is to open a dashboard and figure out what went wrong, this role is for you.
_What You'll Own_Full-Funnel Growth Strategy
- Own and execute the multi-channel growth strategy spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue expansion
- Set and be accountable to quarterly and annual targets for revenue, CAC, AOV, LTV, and ROAS
- Translate high-level company growth goals into detailed, channel-specific plans, tests, and budgets
- Identify new growth levers and bring them to life through rapid experimentation
- Build repeatable growth playbooks from your wins so the company can scale what works
Paid Social, Search, TV
- Manage, adjust, and scale campaigns in Meta Ads Manager and Google and Bing Ads
- Write, test, and iterate ad creative and copy yourself; you know what hooks work and why, and you can produce briefs or first drafts without a copywriter
- Run structured creative testing at scale: you design the tests, analyze the results, and implement the winners
- Oversee and, as needed, manage media spend directly to optimize for ROAS, CAC, and contribution margin
- Evaluate and oversee any agency partners or media buyers, but as a practitioner who can spot bad work immediately
Amazon
- Be responsible for LifeDNA’s Amazon Seller Central account performance
- Own the Amazon P&L, balancing advertising spend against profitability and growing organic rank over time
- Identify catalog expansion opportunities and drive them through from concept to live listing
- Manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) alongside other DTC initiatives
_What You'll Bring_Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on growth and performance marketing experience in DTC consumer brands, ideally in health, wellness, or subscription e-commerce
- You have personally managed $500K+ in monthly ad spend across Meta and Google
- You have personally written ad copy, built creative briefs, and A/B tested messaging at scale; you understand direct-response
- You have personally managed an Amazon Seller Central account: listings, PPC, A+ content, and brand store
- You have a track record of meaningful DTC revenue growth attributable to your own creativity and execution
Skills & Capabilities
- Fluent in performance marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, ACOS/TACOS, and contribution margin
- Proficient in the tools of the trade: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Seller Central, Taboola, Bing Ads, etc.
- Strong creative instincts: you can write compelling ad copy, spot a weak hook, and can generate first drafts yourself
- Analytically sharp: comfortable building performance models, pulling your own data, and translating numbers into decisions without a data analyst in the room
- Able to manage multiple channels and initiatives simultaneously while staying accountable to clear KPIs
- Clear, confident communicator who can present results to leadership and make a compelling case for budget allocation or strategic pivots

- You’re a builder and a doer first; you get energy from being in the weeds, not above them
- You move fast, test everything, learn quickly, and never wait for perfect information to act
- You take full ownership of outcomes; when something isn’t working, your first instinct is to fix it, not escalate it

- You’re comfortable working in a lean environment where resourcefulness matters more than resources
Nice To Haves
- Background in subscription or membership business models (understanding LTV optimization, churn levers, and winback)
- Experience with email and SMS lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo, Braze, or similar); strong bonus if you’ve written flows yourself
- Network within the health, wellness, and genomics influencer and creator ecosystem
- Exposure to genomics, biotech, or personalized health products
