It offers various tech-enabled marketing solutions through its Artificial Intelligence-generated Dynamic Audience and Activation Platform, which enables customers to execute traditional marketing campaigns on its proprietary digital point-of-care network, as well as dynamic marketing campaigns that optimize audiences in real time to increase the value of treatment information for healthcare professionals and patients in response to clinical care events. As Reporting Associate, your primary responsibility is to collect and compile information to develop recurring client reports. Core Responsibilities
- Accurately collect data for various types of business reports
- Maintain databases and perform updates as necessary to ensure accuracy
- Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly internal reporting to client teams
- Partner with internal teams to define client and business requirements for reporting
- Assist in process improvement for Operation functions
- Create internal documentation and guides related to reporting requests and self-service process
- Provide administrative and operational support
- Provide administrative support, as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in data management
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel required
- Familiar with project management systems, Asana preferred
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines across varying areas of responsibility
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, English required
