We are seeking a curious, analytical, and impact-driven Data Scientist to join our team. In this role, you will transform data into meaningful insights, build predictive models, and influence product and business decisions through rigorous analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex problems into actionable solutions that improve user experience and drive business growth.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Analyse large datasets to uncover trends, user behaviours, and insights that inform strategic decisions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams to support data-driven initiatives
• Design and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and automated reporting tools
• Conduct A/B testing, experiments, and statistical analyses to measure product performance
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and best practices across projects
• Evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance data capabilities

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar analytical role
• Strong proficiency with Python (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, etc.) or R
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, statistical modelling, and experiment design
• Experience working with large datasets and data pipelines
• Ability to present complex findings in a clear, structured, and actionable way
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Must be based in Ireland with full working rights

🌟 Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience in SaaS, tech, analytics, or start-up environments
• Background in data engineering or MLOps
• Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
