What you'll be doing This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role directly responsible for the core marketing infrastructure and tactical execution across the full funnel. Core Focus Areas:
- Digital Infrastructure & Tools (MarTech): Own the setup and optimization of all marketing systems and analytics.
- Lead Generation & Funnel Activation: Drive campaigns and performance analysis to generate high-quality opportunities.
- Optimization & Nurturing: Implement continuous testing (A/B) and advanced nurturing paths to maximize conversion efficiency.
Key Responsibilities As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will transform strategic planning into actionable results and be responsible for the core infrastructure and tactical execution of marketing initiatives. The role is structured into four pillars, emphasizing execution and measurable performance. I. Digital Infrastructure & Campaign Setup
- MarTech & AI Integration: Onboard and integrate new Marketing AI tools and agents into the stack.
- Campaign Distribution: Finalize all distribution channels (paid media, GEO/SEO/SEM targets) and manage budget allocation for all campaigns.
- A/B Testing Framework: Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework by setting up landing pages and ad copy to continuously refine and optimize messaging.
- Website Performance: Manage the corporate website as a lead capture and performance asset.
II. Lead Generation & Activation
- Campaign Execution: Own the end-to-end launch and management of all digital campaigns, social media blasts, and email sequences.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct daily monitoring and optimization of channel performance, with a relentless focus on conversion rates and Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Lead Management & Outbound: Ensure alignment of inbound efforts with outbound demand generation strategy.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate the end-to-end operational logistics for all major launch events and industry trade shows.
III. Funnel Optimization & Nurturing
- Continuous Optimization: Continuously A/B test and refine every step of the marketing funnel to improve overall conversion efficiency.
- Nurture Paths: Develop and execute advanced lead nurturing paths to effectively convert MQLs into pipeline.
- Search Engine Expansion (GEO/SEO/SEM): Expand the keyword strategy based on post-launch search data and user intent, with a focus on optimization for AI Search Engines (GEO).
- Opportunity Development: Drive the development of marketing-sourced opportunities (Funnel Build).
IV. Reporting & Content Support
- ROI Reporting: Produce comprehensive Return on Investment (ROI) reports on launch performance and key learnings.
- Sales Enablement Content: Develop core presentation decks, battle cards, and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to directly support the sales team.
- Success Stories: Gather data and draft detailed case studies on early customer successes and clinical impact.
What You'll Bring The successful candidate is a strategic thinker and a pragmatic builder with a proven track record of scaling marketing programs in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. Experience & Education
- Seniority: 8+ years in marketing leadership or similar roles, with proven hands-on work experience as an individual contributor in digital performance.
- Go-to-Market (GTM): Extensive experience with GTM execution and new product launches in complex B2B environments.
- Campaign Success: Demonstrable track record of designing, implementing, and delivering measurable growth through successful marketing campaigns.
- Background: Educational background in Science (BSc., MSc., or PhD) or equivalent professional experience that provides a strong understanding of complex scientific domains.
- Industry Expertise:
- Expert level in executing marketing programs specifically targeted at Pharma & Biotech personas.
- Strong understanding of SaaS / software business models.

- Digital Mastery: Proven track record with digital performance, content marketing, and sales development integration.
- Brand & Content: Previous experience with brand management and leveraging content as a demand generation tool.
- AI Familiarity: Familiarity with AI models and their application in the life sciences (early research, clinical development, biomarker discovery, and diagnostics).
- Personality: Proactive approach that thrives in a fast-moving, quickly changing atmosphere.
How to Stand Out:
- Previous experience in a high growth, VC backed company.
- International and multicultural work experience.
- A PhD in a related field (e.g., Biology, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence).
